Course Creators' Terms and Conditions

By registering as a Course Creator on ClinEd Learning Hub, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create. However, by publishing on our platform, you grant ClinEd Learning Hub a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content.
  2. Content Standards: All courses must be original, accurate, and relevant to healthcare education. Plagiarized or misleading content will result in account suspension.
  3. Review Process: All courses are subject to review and approval by our admin team before being published.
  4. Code of Conduct: Course creators must maintain professional standards and respond to student queries in a timely manner.
  5. Account Termination: ClinEd Learning Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate creator accounts that violate these terms.

Platform Policies for Course Creators

  1. Course Submission: Courses must include a title, description, thumbnail, and at least one lesson before submission for review.
  2. Quality Guidelines: Courses should provide value to healthcare students and professionals. Low-quality or incomplete courses will be rejected.
  3. Updates: Creators are encouraged to keep their course content up-to-date with the latest healthcare standards and practices.
  4. Privacy: Creators must not collect or share student personal information outside of the platform.
  5. Intellectual Property: Do not use copyrighted materials without proper authorization or licensing.
